FAQ

Quick answers.

The questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, just send us a message.

How do I access a free screening near me?
Our screening calendar is updated monthly. Follow us on social media or join our WhatsApp broadcast to get notified when a screening event is happening in your area. You can also call our office to be placed on the alert list for your state.
How do I apply to become a volunteer?
Use the contact form on this page and select "Volunteer" as your inquiry type. Tell us your skills and availability. Our volunteer coordinator will respond within 72 hours. We welcome both clinical and non-clinical volunteers.
Can my organisation partner with CarePathNG?
Yes — we partner with hospitals, pharmacies, corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and international development organisations. Select "Partnership / Philanthropy" in the form or email us directly at hello@carepathng.org to start a conversation.
I'm a journalist — how do I request an interview?
Select "Media / Press" in the inquiry form and briefly describe your publication and angle. Our communications lead typically responds to media enquiries within 24 hours. We are happy to provide spokespeople, data, and photography.
How are donations used?
We publish full audited annual reports and programme-level financial breakdowns for major donors. In general, at least 80% of donated funds go directly to programme delivery — screening events, medications, clinician training, and our digital follow-up system.
Can I refer a patient to your medication programme?
Yes. Clinicians and community members can refer patients using the form above (select "Patient Referral") or by calling our office directly. We will assess eligibility and enrol qualifying patients in our subsidised medication programme within 5 working days.
