Dr. Chidinma is a cardiologist with 14 years of clinical and public health experience. After losing her father to undiagnosed hypertensive heart disease in 2019, she founded CarePathNG with seven colleagues. She leads all strategy, fundraising, and government liaison efforts, and has spoken at WHO Africa conferences on NCD prevention. A graduate of the University of Lagos College of Medicine, she also holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Dr. Emeka is a Fellow of the Medical College of Physicians and a certified endocrinologist specialising in diabetes mellitus and metabolic disorders. He oversees all clinical protocols at CarePathNG, trains field health workers, and leads our glycaemic screening programme. Previously a consultant at University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, he joined CarePathNG full-time in 2021 and is passionate about making insulin therapy accessible in rural Nigeria.
Ngozi brings 10 years of field NGO experience across PEPFAR, UNICEF, and USAID-funded projects. She designs and manages all CarePathNG screening, medication access, and health literacy programmes across three states. Her expertise in community mobilisation and M&E ensures every initiative is measurable and scalable. She is a trained master trainer for the WHO PEN protocol for NCDs.
Femi spent 8 years in investment banking before pivoting to development finance. He manages all donor relationships, grant applications, and corporate CSR partnerships for CarePathNG. Under his leadership the organisation has secured over ₦85M in funding from foundations, government grants, and individual philanthropists. He is currently building CarePathNG's first endowment fund.
Dr. Kemi Lawal is a specialist in community and preventive medicine who has worked across 24 local government areas in Nigeria. She designs CarePathNG's field screening protocols and manages relations with community leaders, religious institutions, and traditional rulers. Her ability to navigate cultural barriers to healthcare-seeking has been instrumental in extending the organisation's reach across northern states.
Tunde is a chartered accountant with 11 years of NGO financial management experience. He manages CarePathNG's budgeting, donor reporting, procurement, and audit functions. He implemented the organisation's SAGE accounting system and introduced quarterly public financial disclosures. His meticulous governance has helped CarePathNG maintain a clean audit record since inception and build trust with local and international donors alike.
Blessing leads CarePathNG's communications strategy, social media presence, and digital health initiatives. She built the organisation's WhatsApp health literacy channel from zero to 4,200+ active subscribers and manages a twice-weekly radio spot on Rivers State FM. She is currently developing a USSD-based screening reminder tool for patients without smartphones, and holds a Digital Health certificate from MIT OpenCourseWare.
Samuel grew up in rural Imo State and trained as a Community Health Extension Worker before earning his BSc in Public Health. He coordinates the logistics of all field screening operations — managing equipment deployment, volunteer teams, and real-time data capture at community events. He has personally supervised over 60 screening days across 3 states and trained 200+ volunteer screeners. His fluency in Igbo and Yoruba is invaluable in the field.

8 people doing the work of an organisation three times our size. Here's how.
We deploy before perfect. Learning in the field beats planning in the office, every time.
Nothing works without the community's buy-in. We earn it fresh, in every new place we enter.
Every decision is backed by numbers. Intuition is welcome — but data is non-negotiable.
Every patient is a whole person — never a statistic, never a photo-op. Dignity first, always.
Are you a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or CHEW? Spend one Saturday a month at one of our community screening camps. Your skills directly save lives in communities that have never seen a clinician.
Designers, writers, photographers, and social media specialists can help us tell the stories that unlock funding and change minds. Remote-friendly, flexible time commitment.
Help us build our patient management tools, USSD reminder systems, and impact dashboards. We need developers, data scientists, and UX designers passionate about digital health in Africa.
Whether you give, volunteer, partner, or simply spread the word — you are part of CarePathNG. Every action moves us closer to a Nigeria where no life is lost to an undetected chronic illness.
