Our Culture

Small team. Outsized heart.

We are 8 people doing the work of an organisation three times our size. How? Because every single person on this team chose purpose over paycheck.

We believe in radical transparency, community trust, and evidence-based action. We celebrate every patient enrolled, every milestone reached, and every community that takes ownership of their health.

Action-first

We deploy before perfect. Learning in the field beats planning in the office.

Community trust

Nothing works without the community's buy-in. We earn it, every time.

Data-driven

Every decision is backed by numbers. Intuition is for first drafts.

Dignity-centred

Every patient is a whole person — never a statistic or a photo-op.
